These one-hour individualized and customized sessions in the Pilates Method or Personal Fitness Training begin with a personal evaluation to assess posture, muscle imbalances, and movement patterns. Each session is tailored with a personal approach to teaching with innovative problem solving.

Private sessions are currently also available through Zoom.


Small, semi-private small groups sessions merge the benefits of a one-on-one session with the dynamics of a larger group. Theses group sessions have a maximum of 4 to 5 people.
