A class for those beginning their journey in Pilates. You will learn the basics with much attention to detail. Limited to only 4-5 people.

Thursdays 5:15pm WOW: Women on Weights

Women On Weights Designed specifically for women containing the best of light cardio to decrease fat and increase metabolism with strength training to get stronger and fitter. Some sessions include beginning spinning methods.
