Danita Rayhbuck began her journey with Pilates over 18 years ago. A background in dance helped her to see the value of Pilates as an exercise form. Danita is a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor; having completed over 350 hours of extensive training and supervised instruction on all Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, and all Barrels as well as the Injuries and Special Populations course. In addition, she is an AFAA Certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and 20 years of experience as a Spinning instructor.
Certified in custom individual programs for musculoskeletal injuries including the hip, knee, spine and shoulder, Danita is trained in adapting training and workout design for such special conditions as auto-immune disorders, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and diabetes.
Danita’s style incorporates the classical Pilates work with contemporary exercise forms. Enjoying and creating unique and personalized training programs for individual clients, with a special emphasis on their specific needs and abilities, Danita continues to grow and learn through the adage that in order to be an effective teacher and trainer of Pilates you must also be a lifelong student.
